The Gold Coast races kick off tomorrow at 11:30am with the Cruise Megastore Colts, Geldings and Entires Class 1 Handicap. While there may not be any black type races at the Gold Coast, we can still expect a good day of quality racing.
Trainers with horses lining up at the Gold Coast races tomorrow include David Kelly, John Morrisey, Bryan Guy, Peter Moody, and a host of others. While some of the stables with competing horses might be slightly more obscure than those with horses at Eagle Farm, they still represent a great punting opportunity. There are a number of skilled horses running at Gold Coast Racecourse tomorrow, and some are very good value. A discerning punter with form guide in hand will have a good chance of having a decent day at the tracks. Of course, there are always online bookmakers such as Ladbrokes.com.au for those of us who prefer to watch from home.
The weather at the Gold Coast won’t be particularly flash tomorrow. Much like at Eagle Farm, there’s a chance of some rain as the afternoon wears on. Keep an eye on horses that perform well on wet tracks, and those that tend to place in heavy conditions. The inside might start to get a bit choppy, so don’t discount any horses that prefer to swoop, as they might be in with a good hope at a strong straight tomorrow.
